No battlefield touring today, just a chance to relax in Ieper, with some guests taking a coach to Brugge for a morning, afternoon or day shopping and taking in the sights. Lace and chocolate were beautiful. Those who stayed in Ieper, walked around the old city via the wall and moats.

In the evening we walked to the Menin Gate and attend the Last Post ceremony.

After the evening meal some guests opted to see the magnificent Cloth Hall by night.
