Military History Tours Australia          On Tour - Preparation for Our Other Anzac Day 2008 1 - 2 May 2008

Military History Tours goes to great lengths to ensure your tour is memorable.  All administrative aspects are planned in detail, so that your tour will run smoothly, transport will be timely, accommodation comfortable and meals to gourmet standard.

Led by Colonel (Retd) Graham Fleeton RFD, BA (Hist), Military History Tours guides have many years experience in the Australian Defence Force.  Serving in the forces, they have been required to study the campaigns where Australians fought to learn of the valour and sacrifice of those who went before them.  Most have also had professional careers outside the defence forces.  All are required to study in detail the battlefields and battles covered by your tour, and the great deeds of your family members.

For this major tour (700+ participants) Military History Tours took special steps to hold training weekends for the corps of guides to be employed.  Administrative plans were developed and discussed with all.  Handouts and briefings were developed for each stand where you will be able to view the ground over which our soldiers fought, along with maps and  displays so that every guest on the tour will be able to understand what happened so long ago.
